Checking in Friday 12/21/2012

Good morning everyone!
We haven't had a check in for sometime now so I thought I would get one started. Especially since this is the weekend before Christmas.
To let everyone know, we will be here all through the Christmas holiday so that if anyone needs any extra support or just wants to talk we will be here.

I also want to remind all of you that if you plan to visit family or friends to please leave yourself an out just in case you start to feel uncomfortable that way you don't feel pressured to stay.
This is a time of joy and celebration and we want you to enjoy it.

These next couple of days are going to be busy ones for me. My son and I are going to finish up his shopping. Poor guy has been working some killer hours the last couple of days. I don't see how he does it. He is going into work at 2 in the afternoon and not getting out until about 5 the next morning. But it is a job and he is very fortunate to have one I know.

This weekend I have to finish up shopping for Christmas dinner. On Monday we will be going over to the in laws house for dinner. There will be a crowd that is for sure. About 30-40 people crammed into a 3 bedroom mobile home. There is bound to be some arguing amounts the sisters of the family so I have left myself an out. If it gets to be too much, I will have a ride home.

On Christmas day, we plan to stay at home. I am cooking and will spend the time just the small family of myself, Gordy and my son.

I just want to say that we are trying to come up with a schedule for chat.
I realize Tuesday is Christmas and I can't guarantee that I'll be able to be
here to chat, although I will be home too.

I'll try and post something over the weekend with a definite plan !
