Hello Beth
I wanted to wish you luck on your appointment with the doctor tomorrow. Remember to take your journal with you and make him listen to what you have to say. Keep your cool although I know it may be hard. don't forget to also take the taper schedule with you. He needs to know that tapering you down off of the Valium the way that he is, is too much too fast. You can do this. I know you can.
