Hello Kat,

I just wrote a long welcome to you and I'll do my best to repeat it. I'm glad to see another member has joined and on the way to recovery. This may not be your case. You may have been in recovery and just found our place.At any rate, I'm glad you are here. I'm Barbara, one of the moderators and Dee will be with you as soon as she sees you are here. We have a host of special sweet people who are ready to help in anyway they can.

Write when you feel up to it and in the meantime, make yourself at home. There's a lot of love and information here for you to read. At the bottom of my post are numbers and E mail addresses for you to use.
