Bringing back Chat !

Not Monday for me either Blue, we are starting our women's group back up this Monday.
BUT any other day is good. Up to all of you and what you would like to do.
Remember this is your forum too, all of you.
So speak up and let Blue know what evening is good.

Tuesdays & Thursdays are great for me!. I may not be able to chat both nights, but I'll definitly be able to join in on one of them!!

Hello friends! I'm looking forward to chat as well! I wrote it on my calendar & told my husband that this is a priority! I can't wait to "chat" live with ya'll!

I'm sorry I haven't been around much as I'm sure I mentioned how work has me super busy. But I'm feeling very overwhelmed. I've mentioned before ,possibly in a different post about the honeymoon phase I've heard about. I think Dee's response was definitely the right one. I am now trying to cope with my busy lifestyle & I'm having a very difficult time with it. Every morning I repeat everything I am greatful for to try to start my day on a positive note. But this stress is, well, all I can say is I feel like crying. I'm so tired. I don't want to feel this way anymore.

I'm so happy to hear from you and that you'll be able to make chat.

I just was talking to jasmine about something similar to what your feeling.

We, as addicts, tend to cover up all kinds of emotions with our DOC (Drug of Choice)
now that that DOC is gone, what's left is that ugly feeling we were originally
trying to cover up.
Does that make sense?
BUT, here's a plus to all this.
Being on this type of treatment. We can learn to deal with our emotions and possibly depression all, without the fear of relapsing because we are on Suboxone.

Rae, your doing the right thing. Every day, repeat everything we are grateful for.
There is a thread on here that does JUST THAT !!! Let's use it everyday to count
our blessing, ok?

Sorry to hear you're having problems.

As blue already said I am having similar problems.

I am struggling with depression. Mostly because I lost everything that I had. And another reason is because I let myself get so far into my addiction. I knew I had a problem and didn't get help until I had lost everything and I hate myself for that.
