I'm sorry Jasmine !!!
I have let some outside issues distract me lately.

But i'm here for you !!! I'm so sorry about the job. But stay positive. Your dream job is out there ! And I know you have your list, so again, be positive, it's coming !

Your house sounds great. Will you be moved in by Chistmas?
I can't believe Christmas is so close ! What plans do you have?

Now, about your Suboxone.... i'm not sure i get what's going on
When did you start your recovery? And how many months have you been on it ?
AND...have you saved any extra yet ???

I have an idea !
Physicians are ALLOWED to write refills.... oh, wait, if you insurance wont cover it, then
that wont work - but wait, he can write your scripts NOW for way more than your taking
and you can start SAVING EXTRA - this way when it's cut off, you are still tapering.
That's one plan.

I'm still thinking. And I'm sure Dee will be by with some suggestions.
WE are here to help and I will sure try !

Thanks Blue!
I am staying positive. I made my list and I know my dream job is out there!

Our house is amazing. Our plan is to move in the week after Christmas. We just got hard wood oak flooring. It is so Beautiful. and there are ceramic tiles by the front door and the kitchen and bathroom. I am so excited to move in!

I've been on suboxone for 4 months now so I can get it another 8 and maybe 6 more after that IF I get approved for the extended prior authorization. But my insurance only does 12 months of prior authorization now. I am already on the maximum amount of suboxone so he can't write my script for more. Sad But that is a very good idea! after I start to wean he can still write it for the max amount.

I moved my stuff around Tuesday night chat so opefully we will have a good turn out! Rae said she would be able to do it and I know you and Dee will be there lol.

Thank you so much for being here Blue.

If you want to talk about the outside problems that you have I am here for you as well!

Are you sure he's writing for the maximum amount that you can get?
I know of people that get 60 or maybe 90 ??? I could be wrong, DEE???
Any idea?

Tuesday night will be alot of fun !

Thanks for the offer of talking about outside problems. I will take you up on that for sure -

I know I'm on the maximum dose I get 3 a day. It's the most my doc can prescribe anyways.

Idk about saving them. Because I take 3 a day as prescribed. :/

But my doc assured me he would take care of me and make sure that everything goes smoothly. Smile I truly do have an amazing doctor.

Thanks to him and you guys I can make it through each day.

It just seems that life is so stressful and sometimes I just can't shake this depression.
I just feel so low sometimes. Not because of the suboxone or anything. Just how far I let my addiction go before seeking help. I always told myself I wouldn't get hooked on the pain meds and that I could stop the patches any time I wanted. And when I finally did the withdrawals were obnoxious and I knew I had messed up bad!

My mother always tried bringing me down about it saying a smart person can control thenselves and wouldn't get hooked on drugs. So I don't speak to her anymore.

Sorry it just seems like I am complaining about everything. Just need to talk to somebody about the things that have got me down. Sad

Honey, your NOT complaining. Its fine to come here and rant if you need to !
It's why we are here.
This is what I mean about needing to talk about more than just your Suboxone here.

Once your stable on your meds, all this other stuff that had been hidden by your addiction
comes out. And that, my friend, is what you need to work on ! Especially why we think we
got addicted in the first place.
That's the beauty of this treatment plan. You can work on all this while still taking your meds and staying on track without fear of a relapse.

We are here for you, whenever you need, ok?
We can talk more in detail during chat too.

If you need to write about any private issues, feel free to PM Dee or myself anytime !

It's good to realize this Jasmine, and the point being is that we ALL have things
we need to work on.
Problem was, we covered it all up by using !

Did you see the post that I wrote to Rae about being "Grateful"???
Look for it.

We could all post there everyday and help us feel grateful for the
opportunity to be in this type of recovery.

I saw and replied to the other post.
I think most of my depression is caused because i am mad at myself for knowing I had a problem and not seeking help sooner.

Where did you post the being grateful thing at?

I saw that you found the Grateful thread !

We all have those feeling Jasmine. We all have regret of what we did during our addictions.
But we can't dwell on that. We have to look ahead. We have to put the past where it belongs, behind us. Move forward. It's the only way !!!!
Promise me, when you think of something from the past, immediately think of something you are now grateful for, OK ? I hope that helps Laughing

Your doing great, and I want you to realize that.

Thanks blue!
I promise I will think of something I am grateful for instead of thinking of the past. Smile

It just gets hard sometimes.

Especially with some people in my life constantly reminding me of it.
People I am trying to get rid of.

I thought after four months I would be able to get past all the stuff that I did wrong and I just can't.

Thank you for being here!
