Good day to all

I hope everyone had a happy holiday and ate till your heart was filled. I'd like to hear from some of you and say how you are. Let us know how you are doing on your recovery and if you have any concerns you want to talk about, please feel free to do so. We are here for you and look forward to hearing from you. I'm fighting a cold right now and wondering should I call my doctor for something or just let it run it's course. I have taken my normal meds and Robitusin, so I guess I'll just rest the remainder of the day and see if I've improved by tomorrow. Have a constructive and happy day. Love, Barbara Rue

I am sorry that your not feeling well. With the way the weather is now a days it's a wonder that more of us aren't sick as well.But thank God for that. The reason I say that is because when we first go into recovery all we want to do is feel normal. And in being normal we have to remember that it also means the feelings we get when sick with a cold as well.
