Meaning that I re-wrote out all of the above information based on Prevention Magagizes article that had already been written. I just thought of it as our thought of day because it certainly interested me in how to become more happy on an evreyday basis! That is still something that I am working through, that depression that seems to always be nipping at my heels... I am also changing over to a different anti-depressant because as I was explaining this situation to my Provider, we began to wonder if the anti-depressant that I was currently on had stopped working for me. So, these are some other helpful tips for happiness without having to take yet another medication for these symptoms, as the magazine says are proven. Have a great day!!
