Hello and welcome,

I'd like for you and all members to know how much Dee and I put our hearts into wanting to help all members and especially our new people. This is how we find our ways back to a happy and normal life. I watched a history channel the other day and related how much we have in common with animals who herd together. At the first sign of danger there's one who will alarm the rest of them and they gather together for protection and strength. We would like to hear from you at least once in a while. We truly are here for everyone and will do all we can to find answers to questions you may have. I love helping people as there was someone to help me when I needed to find my way. You don't have to worry about not being understood or not cared about. We care very much. Just let us know how you are getting on and you are welcomed to read past posts you can relate to.

Please let us hear from you. Make your load a little lighter by sharing it with us.

Glad you are with us,
Yours in the struggle,
Barbara
