Hi Boy,

I'm Barbara. I'm glad to welcome you to our forum. Joining us was the best thing you have done in a while. I know because when I first got here I hadn't made a good move in a long while. Things just seemed to get worse and worse. My first week of recovery was like a gift out of the blue. I wanted to live and felt such a relief from myself. I hope you will post back to us. We like to know how people are doing. We seriously care about each other and don't enforce ourselves on anyone. You are in a safe place and your business is yours. We are just here to support and suggest a way for you to recover.

Beth and Dee, our other moderators will be here with you soon. Hang in there Boy, you are worth it.

Yours in the struggle,
Barbara
