Hi omni 26,

I'm Barbara and glad to see another member has joined. If you are just starting, I guarantee you will be so relieved you did. I started out in October of 2007 and have had a hard time, but hung on and still going through stomach issues and just finding joy. Most times I'm fine, but can take a turn to the worst at any time. If you are having a hard go of it, talking about it helps. I find the longer I put it off, the worse it gets. A problem talked about is half solved. Write us back if you will and you are still welcomed to read along with the rest of us. It's hard to say what we feel sometimes, but don't worry about it. We have all been in your position and know how you feel.

Yours in the struggle,
Barbara
