Southern,

Make sure you take the suboxone under your tongue! Don't smoke, talk, or even open your mouth if you can help it until they are disolved. Keep your jaw slightly lowered towards your chest helps too. It's very very important to absorb the medicine under your tongue! Taking a drink or few drinks of water helps too, then try to suck your mouth dry before putting in the tablets. If you don't feel better the first day, hang in there! A lot of people say you should feel good right away, but in the rare case you don't then don't be afraid to ask for a higher dose, and stick with it!

Hello southern,
I apologize that I was not here when you posted. I usually try to be here when someone needs something just as you did.
By now I am sure that you have had your appointment. Particular has given you some good sound advice. He just went through the same thing as you last week, so he knows what you are going through.
Please let us know how you are when your up to it.
I have to get over to the rest of the posts, today has been a busy day.
Yours,
Dee

Dear ssouthern,

I just read your post and was wondering how you are doing. I want to share with our new people cause they are the most important ones here. If you could, just send a hi and let us know how you are doing. This is a time of year when we really love our members and want the best for them. Let us know if the medicine is working for you and if you are getting on okay.

Wishing you the best,
Barbara
