Welcome to the group Charles,
I am sorry that I was not here to welcome you earlier.
Let me intorduce myself, my name is Dee, I am one of the moderators of the forum. We have two moderators, the other moderator is Barbara Rue. She will be along shortly to say hello to you as well.

Feel free to roam around and read the posts of the other members, your comments and input are most welcome. Are you currently taking Methadone or Suboxone? Or are you still in the planning stages of your recovery?
When you feel comfortable enough to share a little bit about yourself I would like to encourage you to do so. I have discovered that as long as I have someone that I feel I can talk to when something is bothering me, my day seems to go a little easier.
